For a Sound Mind and Mental Health
Father, I come before You today, and I decree and declare that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). I take captive every anxious thought, every dart of depression, and every racing or overwhelming emotion, and I command them to bow to the authority of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Lord, let Your peace, which passes all understanding, guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). I declare that my mind is renewed, and I walk in the mental clarity, calm, and stability that You purchased for me.
